This service, including all content, features, and functionalities made available under the Valvur ecosystem (the “Service”), is currently provided in a testing / beta phase.
The Service is accessible through multiple interfaces operated by Valvur Cybersecurity, including but not limited to:
The website Valvur.GG;
Kid-facing and parent-facing applications, available as web-based and mobile applications;
Professional, administrative, and institutional dashboards, available as web-based interfaces.
During this test phase, the Service and all associated elements — including but not limited to text, characters, narratives, videos, AI-driven features, interactive elements, dashboards, and technical components — are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
The Service is under active development;
Features, content, and functionality may change, be modified, suspended, or removed at any time;
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Service during the test phase.
No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valvur Cybersecurity expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability;
Fitness for a particular purpose;

The Service may contain bugs, errors, interruptions, or other technical limitations, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability

2. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
Ownership of Content
All content made available through the Service, regardless of the access interface, including but not limited to:
Fictional characters (including Valvur, the Robocats / KIBIs, and related personas),
Narrative worlds and storylines (including the Valvur Universe / Valdora),
Text, visuals, videos, designs, symbols, interfaces, dashboards,
AI-driven features, training materials, algorithms, and technical know-how,
are original works and the exclusive intellectual property of Valvur Cybersecurity.
These materials are protected by applicable United States, European Union, and international intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Uses
Without prior explicit written consent from Valvur Cybersecurity, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content;
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works;
Use the content for commercial or public purposes;
Scrape, harvest, or extract content or data;
Use the content for training or fine-tuning AI or machine-learning models;
Mint, tokenize, or otherwise commercialize the content (including via NFTs or similar technologies).
Any such unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights.
Content Sharing Requests
If you wish to share or reuse any content (for example, within a private community, internal presentation, or educational setting), you must submit a written request via the official request forms available on our website or by contacting us directly.
No use is permitted unless and until written authorization is granted by Valvur Cybersecurity.
Attribution Requirement
Where permission is granted, all approved uses must include the following attribution:

Failure to comply with attribution or scope limitations may result in immediate revocation of permission and potential legal action.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For Users Located in the European Union
If you are accessing or using the Service from within the European Union, this Legal Notice and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
For All Other Users
For users located outside the European Union, this Legal Notice and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
