We Aim To Make The World A Better Place
Valvur is a result of 20+ years of experience and gaming and esports. We know the good things, that gaming can bring. But we are also aware of the bad effects, that can result from it. And we are committed to increase the positive effects, while minimising the risks and downsides. It's important now, than ever before. The rise of the technologies make people vulnerable to online threats.
Hi!

I'm Ignat Bobrovich, Founder of Valvur.

For many years, I'm looking for the ways to empower gaming levering the tech. I've been a victim of bullying and managed to improve my life with esports. That's why for over 10 years I'm working in esports and gaming, looking for the best ways to leverage the opportunities, that esports create.

We want to make the world a better (and safer place). That's what drive us
Learn why are we doing this project. Strong motivation beyond glory and chase of profits helps us to move forward despite the market conditions.

#ALLGAMERSMATTER
First of all, esports and gaming provide unique opportunities to create equal opportunities to people. It doesn't matter what your gender, social background, skin of colour of economical situation - esports and gaming provide same opportunities to train and showcase abilities. In theory.

In practice, we still see huge gap, unfair treating and limited opportunities. Many organisations, that I was expecting to solve these issues are not doing anything tangible on this path. While there are other organisations, that are looking into this problematic, I see that often times the first group has resources, while the second can't get a proper access to them. I believe, that the situation will improve gradually, but in 2020 I've understood that it's important to act in own capacities. That's why I've launched the initiative #AllGamersMatter, aimed to promote equal opportunities in esports and gaming. Within this initiative, we have organised Afrika Esports Series - impactful event, focused on levering esports as the tool to provide educational opportunities. During COVID, we've organised a series of events, aimed to support affected communities. And we promote our vision on international scene, including events during WEF Week in Davos and many others.
#Play4Good
While gaming and esports provide great opportunities to spend time and socialise, such activities can lead to all sorts of the risks and issues - starting from addition and exposure to cyber risks, that can vary from small neglectable ones to predation, still of identity and beyond. While we aim to protect gamers, it's also important to ensure that gaming can bring positive effects. With our #Play4Good initiative we aim to cooperate with various stakeholders in promoting the educational, engagement and physical activity opportunities. We aim to educate stakeholders and engage partners to amplify these opportunities.
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
Valvur is dedicated to advancing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals by fostering a safer and more inclusive digital ecosystem. Our vision prioritises digital well-being and mental health, particularly for young gamers, promoting responsible technology use. We empower parents, educators, and policymakers with tools and insights to protect children from cyber threats and cultivate healthier online habits.
By integrating gamified education and ethical AI principles, we encourage positive online interactions, reduce toxicity, and bridge generational gaps in digital literacy. Our efforts align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including Quality Education (SDG 4), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17).
WHY
US?
We leverage 10+ years of experience in gaming. We've already tried some tech innovations earlier and found that back in the days we were too early. But now it's the time.
Holistic Approach
We work with various stakeholders and our outreach is not limited to kids. This approach allows to form 360 degrees understanding of the process.
